Goal
Below is a working example of the GMF_ItemCost_PUB.Update_Item_Cost which correctly updates the costs and/or outputs full error messages if it cannot do that.
Note: The user will need to amend the script as required eg send in the correct user_id, user_name, item_id and cost component id etc
