Symptoms
You have installed E-Business Suite R12 and are attempting to launch the 'Create Document' function from the 'Oracle WebADI' responsibility:
Navigation: Oracle Web ADI -> Create Document
Instead of displaying the create document page you receive a blank page or the following error:
404 Not Found
Resource /OA_HTML/oracle.apps.bne.webui.BneApplicationService not found on this server
The exact same symptoms are seen in the "Manage Document Links" function under the "Oracle WebADI" responsibility.
