Symptoms
When attempting to create a new assignment record, there are no values in Position list of values or when adding a position manually, the following error occurs:
FRM-40212: Invalid value for field POSITION_NAME
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: US HR Manager
2. N: People > Enter and Maintain > Assignment
3. Enter all required assignment information and enter a valid position.
4. Receive the error message.
