Symptoms

When testing the JDBC connection in XML/BI Publisher it generates error:

Error: Could not establish connection

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Open BI Publisher.

2. Login as administrator.

3. Select the Admin tab.

4. Select Data Sources-> JDBC connection.

5. Select Add a Data Source.

6. Enter the appropriate information.

7. Test the connection.
