Cost Rollup Gives "Bad Formula Effectivity" Error (Doc ID 434115.1)

Goal

A Formula was created with an incorrect Item as the Product, and a Recipe and Recipe Validity Rule were also created using that Formula.

When this was noticed, we:
- deleted the incorrect Product Item from the Formula
- added the correct Product
- changed the Status of the Recipe and the VR to "Obsolete"
- created a new Recipe and VR

Everything seems fine except that OPM Cost Rollup now fails with messages like :

BAD FORMULA EFFECTIVITY FOR ITEM No. :<Item> IN FORMULA No. :<Formula> VERSION <x>

.. where 'Item' is the Product, and 'Formula' is the Formula from which it has been removed.

In later versions of the code, this message may appear as :

     Mrp Bill Error: set_form_eff_pointers-(MR_EFFMATLERR)-No product for form_eff formula_id xxxxx
