OEXEDEPB: Dependency Between Pricing Date and Schedule Ship Date Does Not Work (Doc ID 434229.1)

Symptoms

After modifying the custom package OE_DEPENDENCIES_EXTN, a new sales order is created and the Schedule Ship Date is changed, the pricing date remain unchanged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The pricing date should change.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales orders 
3. Create a new Sales order.

4. Go to the Line Items and change the Pricing Date. Tab.
5. The price list on the line is now changed to the same price list on the header.

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact: 

Need to change the Pricing date manually everytime .
