Symptoms

When attempting to progress an order line from status Shipped to Close, the following error occurs:

ORA-20002:3133 Activity instance FULFILL_LINE is not a notified activity for item OEOL/XXXXX in Package OE_Line_Fullfill Procedure Process_ Fulfillment_set

STEPS:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Order Organizer > Query order number
3. Place cursor on line at stats Shipped
4. Right click and choose Retry activity in error.
