Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production: ALECDC crashes with signal 6 or signal 11 if the body of the alerts message is bigger then 64k:
ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start an alert that generates a message bigger then 64k
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Alerts
