Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Reprint/Republish does not work
Expect Reprint/Republish to work.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a concurrent request.
2. Select Tools-Reprint/Republish.
3. Enter printer and copies = 1.
4. Click on apply => form refreshes, nothing reprinted.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reprint
