ASM When Trying To Create A Secondary Ledger Get "There Is Gap In Your Fiscal-13 Calendar" (Doc ID 436643.1)

Release 12.0.
When trying to create a Secondary ledger for Primary ledger - Vision University, when hit 'apply', the following error occurs:

There is a gap in your Fiscal-13 calendar.
Not all dates between 2004--7-30 and 2004-08-01 are assigned to a period.
Please fix the calendar or pick another one.

Unable to find any gaps in the calendar.
Have run the calendar scripts from note:76503.1 and there are no gaps.
Have run the Calendar Validation Report and it does not show any gaps in the calendar.
When try to follow the solution in internal Note 168134.1 Calendar Validation Report Shows a Non Existent Gap, when run script gluabcal.sql received the error:


For SQL glips.sql
An error was encountered performing the requested operation:
ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected
00923 00000 - "FROM keyword not found where expected"
Error at Line: 13 Column: 60

The reason for this error is due to the release 11i version of gluabcal.sql being used instead of the release 12 version.
