ASM When Trying to Create A Secondary Ledger Get 'There is a gap in your (&Name) Calendar' (Doc ID 436643.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a Secondary ledger for Primary ledger, hit 'Apply' and the following error occurs:

ERROR
-------
There is a gap in your (&Name) calendar. Not all dates between 2020-02-28 and 2020-03-01 are assigned to a period.
Please fix the calendar or pick another one.


Unable to find any gaps in the calendar.
Have run the calendar scripts from Note 76503.1 and there are no gaps.
Have run the Calendar Validation Report and it does not show any gaps in the calendar.
When try to follow the solution in internal Note 168134.1 Calendar Validation Report Shows a Non Existent Gap, when run script gluabcal.sql received the error:
