Symptoms

Find that "Pick Selection List Generation" fails with the following error:


ERROR

Fetching pick sequence rule information for the batch
PICK SEQUENCE RULE ID DOES NOT EXIST.
Error occurred in WSH_PR_CRITERIA.Init_Rules
Error occurred in Init_Rules
SQLCODE: 1 SQLERRM: User-Defined Exception
Exception occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Responsibility.
2. Shipping->Transactions form.
3. Try to Pick Release an item from 'Action' ->Launch Pick Release.
4. The Pick Selection List Generation concurrent request errors out.
