Invalid Value Error In Customer Category Field (Doc ID 444162.1)

The profile option OSO: Use Flexible Data Security is set to Yes at one responsibility level and updating capabilities given to one user, so that user can log into any Sales Online responsibility and update the customer category field and see all values to choose from.

If they login as a different user for that responsibility then they get the value followed by "Invalid Value".  It also allows the user to choose null as a value, and it actually updates it when it shouldn't.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup user to be assigned to the rule setup 
2. Login as user assigned to the rule setup
3. Login to Sales Online and go to Customer/Organization tab
4. When records appear, any record with a value in the "Customer Category" field will show the customer category plus "Invalid Value"
