Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to change currency at sales order header, when a cancelled line exits,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
APP-ONT-251280: You cannot change order currency because One or more lines has calculated price
flag of N or P. Reset the calculate price flags before you attempt to change currency.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. enter a sales order with 2 lines
2. cancel 1 of the lines
3. try to change currency

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
This impacts the overall business in order processing and the shipment are getting delayed.
Unable to change the currency in the sales order header if one or more lines in the sales order
are cancelled. This impacts the overall business in order processing and the shipment are getting
delayed.
As one line out of the total lines in the sale order is cancelled and if the user wants to make
changes to sale order header currency, the remaining lines which are in status "Awaiting Shipping"
are getting effected and not able to proceed further.
