Goal

Unable to delete Competencies created by manager/employee in Appraisal after the manager transfers the appraisal to the employee and gets it back.



Scenario

  1. Appraiser initiates the appraisal process by setting the objectives and competencies.
  2. Appraiser transfers the appraisal to the Appraisee.
  3. Appraisee review and add objectives, if required, Then transfer the appraisal back to the Appraiser.
  4. Appraiser wishes to change the appraisal (Add/Remove Objectives & Competencies), but the deletion button in the Competency table is disabled (gray).
