Service Request Form: Compilation and Transaction FRM-47023 and FRM-40105 Errors after applying a Patch

Symptoms
After applying a Service patch or performing changes in the environment, the following errors occur when trying to open or saving a Service Request (SR):
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CONTROL.CMRO_FLAG
FRM-47023: No such parameter named RESTRICT_FS_TASK _PROPERTIES exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-47023: No such parameter named TASK _GRID_REFRESHED exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER.TASK _GRID_REFRESHED
Steps To Reproduce:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
* Error that may come up as the form opens in the bottom left of the SR form:
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CONTROL.CMRO_FLAG
* Errors that may appear after saving the SR:
FRM-47023: No such parameter named RESTRICT_FS_TASK _PROPERTIES exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-47023: No such parameter named TASK _GRID_REFRESHED exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER.TASK _GRID_REFRESHED
