Service Request Form: Compilation and Transaction FRM-47023 and FRM-40105 Errors after applying a Patch (Doc ID 453845.1)

Symptoms

After applying a Service Patch (i.e. 6116237 JULY-07, 6028106 JUNE-07) the following errors occur when trying to open the Service Request or saving a Service Request:

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CONTROL.CMRO_FLAG

FRM-47023: No such parameter named RESTRICT_FS_TASK _PROPERTIES exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-47023: No such parameter named TASK _GRID_REFRESHED exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER.TASK _GRID_REFRESHED

-- Steps To Reproduce:
(R) Customer Support
(N) Service Requests -> Create Service Request

- Error comes up as the form opens in the bottom left of the SR form:
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item CONTROL.CMRO_FLAG
- Error after saving SR:
FRM-47023: No such parameter named RESTRICT_FS_TASK _PROPERTIES exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-47023: No such parameter named TASK _GRID_REFRESHED exists in form CSXSRISR.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARAMETER.TASK _GRID_REFRESHED
