R12: AP: After RUP2 Is Applied, the R12 Accounting Setup Forms Do Not Work Correctly (Doc ID 454132.1)

Symptoms

After RUP2 is applied, the following 4 issues were identified with R12 accounting setup:

1. In the Subledger Accounting form name = XLAABSAM, when you copy Journal Line Definitions the copy owner = Oracle. The copy owner should = User.
2. In the Subledger Accounting form name = XLAABSAM, when you copy Methods and Definitions you can not assign a chart of accounts, those fields are greyed out.
3. In the Subledger Accounting form name = XLAABSAM, all seeded Oracle Methods and Definitions can be updated, they are supposed to be locked.
4. You can not create new mapping sets in the Mapping Set form name = XLAABDMS.

Steps to reproduce issues 1 - 3:

1. Navigate: Payables Manager Responsibility > Setup > Accounting Setups > Subledger Accounting Setup > Accounting Methods Builder > Methods and Definitions
2. Find Subledger Accounting Method Code = STANDARD_ACCRUAL
    This method has Owner = Oracle, but all of the AAD assignments can be updated, they should be locked.
3. Clicked on Copy and entered Copy Name = testcopyrup2. The Chart of Accounts fields are greyed out and can not be populated.
4. The Copy was created with Owner = Oracle. The copy should be created with Owner = User.
5. Select AAD Assignment = Payables and click on Application Accounting Definition button
6. Note the Definition Name = Accrual Basis and the Owner = Oracle. The Journal Line Definitions and Event class and type definitions can be deleted.
    Should not be able to delete or add when Owner = Oracle.
7. Clicked on Copy and entered Copy Name = APAADRUP2TEST. The Chart of Accounts fields were greyed out and could not be populated.
8. The Copy was created with Owner = Oracle. The copy should be created with Owner = User.

Steps to reproduce issue 4:

1.  Navigate: Payables Manager Responsibility > Setup > Accounting Setups > Subledger Accounting Setup > Accounting Methods Builder > Journal Entry Setups > Mapping Sets
2.  The New button is greyed out on the Find Mapping Sets form.
