Ship To Contact From Order Management Is Not Carried Over To Service Contract (Doc ID 454981.1)

Symptoms

When a Service Contract is created from OM for extended warranty, it does not carry over the Ship to Contact from the Sales Order, only the Bill to Contact is carried over.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales order with Bill to and Ship to contacts populated.
2. Enter Serviceable product and a Service Line on the Sales Order.
3. Make sure the Bill to and Ship to contacts are populated on the line level of the sales order also.
4. Book the order. Fulfill the order.
5. Service Contracts is created for the service line.
6. On the Summary tab of the service contracts, under customer role, only Bill to Contact is
carried over. Ship to contact selected on the sales order is not brought over to Service Contract.
