On 5.5:

After uploading an Order Release XML, the resulting OR does not have the length and width populated on its ship unit even though the data is in the XML file.  The height is correctly populated on the ship unit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an OR XML file that has length, width, and height elements.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do proper load configurations because they cannot capture the dimensions.
