Depot Repair Order Logistics Lines Show Order Number But Order Lines Do Not Exist

Symptoms
Repair Order Logistics lines have a status of 'ENTERED' and an order number stamped on them, but in Order Management the lines are not visible on the Sales Order number stated and the Repair line cannot be processed further nor can they be resubmitted to Order Management.
The following queries can be used to identify the Logistics lines with the issue:
To identify the data corruption in LOGISTIC lines :
Verify that the Repair number(s) returned by above query has the data corruption in the Actual line. To verify this open the Repair Order returned by above query in the Depot Repair WorkBench and see if the Actual line in Actuals tab has the Order number populated, but does not have the corresponding Order ine in the Sales Order.
