Symptoms
You are attempting to create a RMA for an ATO item, but when trying to save the return line, the following error message displays:
ERROR
"Unable to find bill of material for item in Validation/Shipping Organization xxx.
The Bill of material for the item must be set up in the item validation Organization parameter or
in the shipping Organization."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Orders, Returns
3. Sales Order form
4. Enter a new RMA
