Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Find while creating a quote that the Order Type LOV has no values.
-- Expected Behavior:
Expect Order type LOV to be populated with Transaction Types defined in Order Management.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Quoting User responsibility
2. Click on Create Quote
3. Click on Show More Details
Order Type LOV has no values
