Symptoms
1. Cannot print BI Publisher PDFoutput from Apps.
2. Previewing the PDF output file using FNDRSRUN 'View Output' button is OK.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run a concurrent request to generate BI Publisher PDF output with copies = 1

Due to this issue, users cannot print PDF output directly from Applications.
