Symptoms

Unable to compile the Asset Workbench form (FAXASSET) due to the following errors:

FRM-30045: Query length of item must be 0 (default) or greater than actual length.
Edit Item: PRORATE_DATE
Item: PRORATE_DATE
Block: ADDITION_BOOKS
Form: FAXASSET
FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.
