Unable to Change Salary Admin Status to Approved After R12 Upgrade (Doc ID 462396.1)

Goal

With 11i applications, the SalaryAdminPG (Html) page has a field Status that could set to either "Proposed” or "Approved” through a drop down list.

After R12 upgrade, the field Status is set to "Proposed” and is read only. No Personalization option to change the field from "Read Only" is available.The menu function "HR Salary Approve Function" is already in place.
