Oracle HRMS (Self Service) - Version: 11.5.10
The application allows you to make employee changes, via Manager Self Service, when future changes already exist.
Setting the profile option 'HR:Manage Self Service actions when future-dated changes exist' allows you to do this.
A message is sent confirming the change and that the changes will be submitted to HR.
When the changes are submitted, you can approve the changes partially: the usual approver approves, but the changes are not committed to the database.
