This issue happens only in 18.104.22.168 PA.M RUP4 and above.
In the Project Budget form, when creating budget the first time, the burdened cost will automatically be same as the raw cost. However subsequent modification to the raw cost will not update the burdened cost.
1.What is the current intended functionality using the Budget Form?
2. If this is intended functionality, how to change the Burdened Cost Value?
3. If this is intended functionality, How to automate so that the raw cost always match the burdened cost even if the raw cost is changed later ?
4.If this is intended functionality, How to change set up to enter the burdened cost manually?
5.Please explain why this is current intended functionality in MRUP 4 - when in previous releases the change was allowed?
