Symptoms

After adjusting an expenditure item, the burden cost amounts for the reversing transaction
are populated incorrectly. 

You may encounter incorrect amounts or signs in the Proj Func Burdened Cost and Project Burdened cost columns as displayed on Expenditure Inquiry.

A sample set of columns populated incorrectly in PA_EXPENDITURE_ITEMS_ALL and PA_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_ALL are:
