Symptoms
During upgrade to R12, by applying <Patch 5082400> , the script MSDODPCODE.sql fails and the following error occurs :
sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/apps/apps_st/appl/msd/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/MSDODPCODE.sql
