Symptoms
When attempting to run OM Interface as part of Interface Trip Stops,
the following error occurs:

Error msg: Validation failed for the field - Charge Subtype Code
HTMomse for the subject order shows in the section UN-APPLIED LINE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS (ADJ), a freight charge with charge_type_code = DUTY.
(Please review your HTMomse output to see what your charge_type_code value is...for this note, we will use DUTY.)
