Click on <Patch:6650396> [OTM version 5.5 Consolidated Update 3, Roll Up 3].
Select the correct platform.
Alternatively,
1. Log into Metalink and select the Patches/Updates tab.
2. Enter the patch number: <Patch:6650396>.
3. Make sure that the platform selected is the correct one for your environment.
4. Select Go.
5. From the resulting screen, you will be able to download the Service Release (patchset) and view the release notes.
