Symptoms
The following error when running the concurrent job, FNDWFLSC module, Synchronize WF LOCAL tables:
Name: Synchronize WF LOCAL tables
Parameters: HZ_PARTY, 8, LOGGING
Error either:
a.
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

ORA-20002: 4006: While creating necessary indexes, duplicate values were found preventing the
creation of a unique index. This is caused by an improper view definition or data corruption that requires the
attention of the Product Development Team handling 'HZ_PARTY'.
