Symptoms
When using a XML/BI Publisher to generate WSDL in JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 the WSDL document contains the following errors:
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Jdeveloper 10.1.3.
2 . Create an Application.
3 . Create a project.
4 . Navigate New / Business Tier/Web services/ Web Service Proxy.
5 . Go to a web browser and type : http://host:port/xmlpserver/services/ReportService?WSDL (a WSDL is shown in the browser).
6. Copy the URL and paste in the Jdeveloper field : "WSDL_Document URL".
7 . Click on next.
