On 11.5.10.2 using FA.P when attempting to reassign a source line that has been transferred BACK to the original asset (as the original transfer was in error) the following error occurs:

APP-18392 unable to get prorate date

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add CIP Asset
2. Capitalize it with backdated dpis
3. Do a 2nd one like that
4. Transfer a source line from the first to the second with the amortization date set at the dpis
5. Attempt to transfer the line back with the same dpis approach for amortization
