Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:On 5.5, When attempting to click on 'n' or 'v' in the Source Location of the Order Release header screen the following error occurs:
This seems to happen on most finders, on the 'v' and 'n' buttons
ERROR
The Page cannot be displayed. HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to OTM and go to, Order Management - Order Release - Order Release - Search
2. Edit an Order release and then click on, 'v' or 'n' next to the Source Location field
3. The error message appears in the window that opens
-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the 'n' or 'v' button on the Order Release screen.
