Message: WSH_UI_NOT_PERFORMED: The action can not be performed because the selected records could not be locked.
Message: WSH_DISABLE_ACTION: This action cannot be performed on all selected records.
Symptoms
When trying to pick release through Shipping Transaction form, the following error message is displayed

This issue is occurs with the navigation
1. Navigate to OM Super User > Shipping transaction form
2. Query Lines
3. Select Action Pick release
4. The error occurs.
Verification
You might see the error in the order details or pick release log.
