Shipunitviewinfo Tags Are Empty In Xml (Doc ID 549384.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
In an outbound(planned shipment) XML from OTM,  find that there are empty tags are in the ShipUnitViewInfo just below the Shipment level.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Go to any shipment where the ShipUnitViewInfo tags are blank and send outbound integration.

-- Business Impact:
Minimal. The fields are blank.
