Symptoms
When attempting to relink applications programs manually on Windows, the following error occurs.
adrelink.sh force=y "<product short name> <executable name>"
Example:
Windows: (in MKS or CYGWIN shell)
$ adrelink.sh force=y "fnd FNDLIBR"
