Symptoms
On 11.5.9 in Production:
Cost manager performance problem.
Gather schema statistics was run over the weekend
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Cost Manager, CMCTCM, to process transactions in a timely manner
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Inventory Management
2. Transactions
3. Perform Misc transactions
4. Run the Cost manager
