Unable To View A Map Of A Specific Shipment.

This problem can occur on any platform.
Java error is displayed when mapping a specific shipment.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to:
Transportation Planning and Execution > Shipment Management > Buy Shipment.
2 - Search for shipment 12345 (Shipment that will not display in the map).
3 - Click on Actions > View > Map related shipment.
4 - A new window opens and displays the error:
Note this is not the case for all shipments.
