Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0 in Production:
Created a new custom attribute Called “Special Information” this attribute is used for SIT transaction ('HR_SIT_JSP_PRC’) and it is working fine in SIT transaction but the other rule for not SIT does not work like ( LoA , change hour ,…)
So, when run any transaction not SIT the following error occurs:
ERROR
The Transaction ID specified returned an incorrect number of rows for SPECIAL INFORMATION.
Ensure you specify a valid transaction ID and the dynamic query of the attribute returns correct number of rows.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create new attribute which is used by SIT.
2- Test SIT it works as expected.
3- When try to run any other transaction under Self Service it raise error.
