Symptoms

When attempting to create a Requisition and Vacancy the following error occurs:

Error APP-FND-01564:Oracle error 1422 in FDFGCD
Cause:FDFGCD failed due to ORA-01422:exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.


SELECT ENABLED_FLAG, SUMMARY_FLAG, NVL(TO_CHAR(START_DATE_ACTIVE, 'J'),
0),NVL(TO_CHAR(END_DATE_ACTIVE, 'J'), 0),SEGMENT19, SEGMENT20, SEGMENT21, SEGMENT25, SEGMENT4,
SEGMENT1, SEGMENT26, SEGMENT2, SEGMENT3, PEOPLE_GROUP_ID FROM PAY_PEOPLE_GROUPS WHERE ID_FLEX_NUM
= :num AND SEGMENT19 = :SEGMENT19 AND SEGMENT20 = :SEGMENT20 AND SEGMENT21 = :SEGMENT21 AND
SEGMENT25 = :SEGMENT25 AND SEGMENT4 = :SEGMENT4 AND SEGMENT1 = :SEGMENT1 AND SEGMENT26 =
:SEGMENT26 AND SEGMENT2 IS NULL AND SEGMENT3 IS NULL and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

HRMS Manager Responsibility

1. Recruitment -> Requisition & Vacancy
2.'Vacancy for' tab -> 'Group' Field -> People Group Flexfield
3. Enter details
4. When OK is clicked to exit the flexfield the error is thrown
