JBO-27122: SQL Error During Statement Preparation, Register Without Uploading Resume (Doc ID 552847.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to register, the following error occurs:

ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. IrcVisitor.jsp > click on "Register Today."
2. Enter Email, Family Name and Password > click on Submit button.
3. Select "No, I do not have a resume" and click continue.
4. Click next on "Enter Personal Information."
5. Click next on "Add Qualifications and Skills."
6. Click next on "Enter Preferences."
