Symptoms
When attempting to access Purchasing Options the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Res: Inventory
2. (N) -> Setup -> Receiving -> Purchasing
3. At this moment the form does not open and the following error is shown in the status bar:
