Goal

When using the public API WMS_Container_Pub.Create_LPN, the parent LPN is not set.

STEPS
Try to create 2 LPNs, LPNa and LPNb.
LPNa is the parent of LPNb.
Call WMS_Container_Pub.Generate_LPN API and pass parameter p_parent_lpn_id.
The LPN is created without a parent LPN.
