Error When Clicking On Requisition Tab From Sourcing Home Page (Doc ID 555755.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click on requisition tab from Sourcing home page gives the following exception occurs:

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Sourcing Super User responsibility
2. Go Sourcing Home Page
3. Click on the Requisition tab
