New Building Land: Error: Address Style Associated With Country Does Not Have A Specified Address Format (Doc ID 556554.1)

Symptoms

While trying to define a Building in Property Manager the following error is encountered in the Address field:

The address style associated with this country does not have a specified address format. Contact
your system administrator

The navigation path is:

Property Definition > Building > New

Or

Property Definition > Land > New
The country defaults to 'United States' and when you press 'Tab' to enter the address details we
get the error as attached.
