-- Problem Statement:
Missing the supplied Text Knowledge Base files, English and French.
When trying to create a text index with themes enabled following errors are thrown:

SQL> begin
ctx_ddl.create_preference('mylex', 'BASIC_LEXER');
ctx_ddl.set_attribute ( 'mylex', 'index_themes', 'YES');

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

SQL> create table t (a varchar2(40));

Table created.

SQL> insert into t values ('The cat sat on the mat');

1 row created.

SQL> create index tx on t ( a ) indextype is ctxsys.context
parameters ( 'LEXER mylex' );

create index tx on t ( a ) indextype is ctxsys.context
ERROR at line 1:
