Symptoms

When attempting to ship confirm a delivery or querying or updating an item in the Inventory Master Item Form,
the following errors may occurs:


ERROR
One or both of the following errors are shown on the form.

FRM-40654: Record has been Updated. Requery Block to see changes.

OR

ERROR
The action can not be performed because the selected records could not be locked


STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Shipping > Transactions
3) Ship confirm delivery with a problem item
4) Error is raised

OR

1) Inventory Responsibility.
2) Master Items Form
3) Query item
4) Update the item long description
5) Error is raised
