Retropay By Element Errors: APP-PAY-07053: Cannot Update Recurring Element Entry for Assignment XXXX and Element XXXX (Doc ID 558000.1)

Symptoms

When running RetroPay by Element, one or more assignments fail with the following error:

HR_51119_HRPROC_ERR_OCC_ON_ET
ETNAME [Element Name]
APP-PAY-51119: Error was encountered when processing Element [Element Name]
HR_7053_ELE_NOT_UPD_REE ELEMENT_NAME [Element Name]
ASSIGNMENT XXXX
APP-PAY-07053: Cannot update recurring element entry for assignment XXXX and element [Element Name]
Reason: The attempt to update the standard recurring element entry for assignment number XXXX and element  [Element Name] has failed.


Note: The element mentioned in the error message is not part of the RetroPay set.



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run Retro Pay by Element with an element set
