Bill Presentment Architecture Error: BPA Child Print Program Error: Cannot get the tempateId for the document (Doc ID 558136.1)

Bill Presentment Architecture Set Up And Usage > Note 558136.1

Run Generate Balance Forward Billing Program in Receivables Manager. Program runs and spawns child print program. System creates the balance forward billing in AR which is viewable from the Transaction Workbench. The balance forward bill did not print as the child program ends in error.

a)  Log shows following:

ARBPBFMP module: BPA Balance Forward Bill Print Program
print_bills: req_data: 2
print_bills: m_request_id: 393858
print_bills: Entering print master program at the second time
child request id: 393859 did not complete successfully
End of log messages from FND_FILE
Executing request completion options...

Output is not being printed because:
The print option has been disabled for this report.

b) Child BPA Print Program log shows:
